Let's face it, you want your shows to be a hit. Every musician does. Venue owners and Entertainment Managers are interested in a few key things:

1. Supporting you and the music scheme by providing a place for people to hear you
2. Filling seats and keeping them filled
3. Having the bands/artists take an active role in promoting their shows

Having great visuals that can be used at the venue and online is a must. You want to give people a reason to come see you, especially if they are unfamiliar with you. It's not enough to hope that some "catchy and clever" imagery will create enough intrigue to fill seats. It is best to create imagery that is true to your brand and makes people want to catch your show.

How it works.... What we need from you is the following:

• Links to any existing online content, i.e. Bandcamp, MySpace, Facebook or ReverbNation where information about the artist or band can be found
• High -resolution pics of the artist or band (300 dpi preferred) emailed
• Any artist or band logo emailed
• Participate in a 15-20 minute phone conversation to answer questions regarding your brand/image.

PLEASE NOTE: To maximize the effectiveness of your flyers, you should get your flyers in place at the venue or other display location at least a week in advance with two weeks in advance being preferred.

It will take 1-3 business days to create your product, so please be mindful of that. We will then gather show information and build your flyers. The specifics of the packages are listed below.

Basic Package Details:- With this package you will receive 3 - 11" X 17" Venue Posters. The posters are the perfect size to say, "Hey we are professional and we are trying to be successful". You also receive a Web optimized image for online promotion. You can use this for all your social media events and invites. You can pick up your posters at any Office Depot location or from us. Additional fees for mailing if required.

Deluxe Package Details: With this offering, you not only receive the 3 - 11" X 17" Venue Posters for window and wall display, but you also receive 5 - 8" X 10" mini posters. These smaller version call be placed at other locations that you wish to advertise or you can sign them and give to them you fans at the show. You also receive a Web optimized image for your online promotions plus a high resolution (300dpi) file or your poster for any additional printing you may choose to do.

Troubadour Package Details: This is for the touring artist/band who wants to get the most out of that experience. Get more people attending, more fans, more sales... you get the picture. Make more people aware of you before you show up.

We will coordinate with you regarding your tour schedule and will create custom posters for each performance including the other featured acts. The posters will however, focus on your act (ensuring that your online info is included along with any merchandise or CD specials you will have that night). We will create 3 - 11" X 17" Venue Posters that will be mailed directly to each destination venue. The aim is to allow for a week of display time*.
